Whether you’ve journeyed through a plant medicine ceremony, breathwork, shamanic practices (like trance dance, journeying, or vision questing), or a spontaneous awakening, together we’ll explore how to bring the insights and healing into your everyday life with care and compassion.

After journeying into the unconscious through an altered state, you may find yourself seeking balance as you release old patterns and step into a new version of yourself.
These sessions provide a supportive space to honour your experience and explore practical ways to embody your insights into daily life.
Packages and inclusions:
Each 60-minute session is priced at $120, with the option to book a package of three sessions for $330 for ongoing support.
Sessions are available in person, outdoors in nature (weather permitting), or via Zoom for those who prefer remote sessions.
What can I do to start integrating on my own?
Here are some self-care practices that can help support your integration:

Write about your experiences and insights. This helps clarify what you’ve learned and track your emotional and spiritual shifts.

Practices like mindful breathing, walking barefoot on the earth or gentle yoga help you reconnect with your body.

Allow yourself time to rest and replenish. Sleep alot. Nourishing food and plenty of water support both physical and emotional healing.

Engage in activities like drawing, painting, or dancing to express your insights and release emotions stored in your body.

Spend time outdoors, connecting with the Earth. Nature has a grounding effect and can help you maintain balance after intense experiences.
