Nature Connection 1:1 Sessions,

Ngambaa country, Mid North Coast, NSW

A gentle, grounded space to reconnect with yourself, your body, and the living world.

If you’re feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or moving through a time of change, these sessions offer a space to slow down, listen, and come back into relationship with yourself and your environment.

Through time on the land and guided support, you’re invited into a deeper sense of connection, presence and clarity.

Nature is both the teacher and the medicine.

When we slow down and come into relationship with the natural world, we begin to remember how to listen, how to trust and how to be.

In that remembering, we recognise we are not separate from nature. We are nature.

This work may support you if…

You’re feeling disconnected from yourself, your body or the natural world

You feel overwhelmed and are wanting to slow down and come back into a more natural rhythm

You’re moving through change and seeking clarity or direction

You’re longing for a deeper relationship with the land and a sense of belonging in it

You’re wanting to listen more deeply, to yourself and the living world around you

You sense there is something within you ready to met, but aren’t sure how to access it

What you can expect

We begin by taking time to arrive and settle, acknowledging where we are and the land we are on. From there, we connect with what’s present for you and set a gentle intention for the session.

We spend time on the land, slowing down and allowing space for reflection, awareness, and connection. Sessions are guided by what is unfolding, rather than a fixed structure.

You may be supported through simple practices that deepen your connection — both within yourself and with the living world.

We take time at the end to integrate what has arisen, allowing insight and awareness to land in a way that feels grounded and meaningful.

Spending time in nature has a way of gently bringing us back into balance.

It can support the nervous system to settle, reduce feelings of stress and overwhelm, and create space to move out of the mind and back into the body.

Through slowing down and paying attention to what is around us, a natural sense of presence begins to emerge — along with a deeper appreciation for the simple, often overlooked moments of being alive.

In this space, there is often a softening. A remembering. And a return to something more grounded and true.

Sessions and investments:

Each session runs for 1.5 hours, allowing ample time to arrive, explore and integrate what arises.

Sessions are $150, with a three-session package available for $420 for ongoing support.

I also offer group nature connection circles. You are welcome to reach out for upcoming dates.

Sessions are held in person on Ngambaa country.
